Where are you located?

We have shipping facilities in the South Pacific, Europe and Asia. The shipping address depends on the product you have ordered and from which manufacturer or wholesaler it is being supplied from.

Why do you only sell a limited number of products on this website?

This is due to the fact that the products listed in here are difficult to source. Other leading Online Pharmacies are reluctant to sell or market these items. We however have very reliable suppliers who can fulfill our customers demands for these hard to source items.

How long will it take to get my order?

Standard Air Mail shipments normally arrive within 10 - 28 days of being shipped. We generally ship within 24 hrs of processing the order or next business day, but occasionally delays will occur when items are on back order. If an item is on back order it can take up to 7 days to be back in stock.

Why don't you accept Credit Card payment?

Unfortunately due to strict laws and regulations the products listed in this website can only be purchased via Western Union Money Transfer or Money Gram.

Why is the name of my product in brackets?

We are based outside the US and products are often sold under a different name. They are the same brand name product, sold by the same company under a different name or equivalent brand name product made by another pharmaceutical company.

Can I track my order?

You will recieve a shipping confirmation email. Standard Air mail shipping provides no online tracking service and must be tracked from our end.

Do I need a prescription?

You do not need a prescription to buy our products as we work under the laws of the country we ship from. We do recommend you check with your local customs to see if it is okay to import these products.

How do I know I'm not going to get "ripped off"?

We guarantee all deliveries. If your shipment does not make its destination within 28 days, we will reship or refund at no extra cost. No questions asked.

What forms of payment do you accept?
